Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Driver Schedule: Monday-Friday Make a Difference Every Day While Enjoying a Consistent Schedule Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Driver to join our team in a fun, engaging day program environment. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support individuals in reaching their goals, and be part of a positive, team-focused workplace. What You'll Do • Safely transport members to and from the program on a consistent daily route. • Build strong relationships with the individuals you serve by providing reliable, familiar transportation each day. • Support individuals throughout the day with activities of daily living and personal goals. • Plan and facilitate engaging activities, community outings, and opportunities for skill development. • Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. • Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care and meaningful experiences. • Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals served.
