**Behavioral Health Consultant** at Compass Health Network in Lebanon, Missouri **What you'll do** - Provide in-person and remote consultation to patients and primary care providers - Administer and interpret screening tools, and assist patients with goal setting - Identify barriers to treatment or medication adherence and support patients in overcoming them - Facilitate psycho-educational groups on self-management of health concerns - Conduct brief crisis interventions and safety planning as needed - Maintain accurate client records and provide referrals to additional behavioral health services **What they're looking for** - Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology required - At least one year of supervised experience treating mental health and behavioral issues related to chronic medical conditions required - Must hold Missouri licensure under one of the following: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or full licensure - Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare settings **Details** - Location: Lebanon, Missouri, United States - Type: Full Time - Salary: null
