The Director, Strategic Growth is a field-based commercial leader responsible for accelerating regional growth across Advita Ortho's Shoulder and Foot & Ankle businesses. Reporting to the RVP, this role leads GPS technology adoption, ASC business development, competitive surgeon conversions, and new account activation. The position partners with distributors and cross-functional teams to create repeatable growth strategies, expand surgeon and facility relationships, and deliver incremental revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead regional growth strategies for GPS technology, ASCs, surgeon conversion, and new market development. Identify and prioritize high-value Shoulder and Foot & Ankle surgeons, ASCs, health systems, and competitive accounts. Develop surgeon- and account-specific conversion plans that address clinical, operational, technology, and economic needs. Coordinate GPS demonstrations, evaluations, education, training, initial cases, and implementation support. Build GPS adoption and utilization by developing surgeon advocates, monitoring results, and addressing barriers to growth. Create and manage a pipeline of ASC opportunities from target identification through activation and expansion. Develop relationships with surgeons, ASC administrators, service-line leaders, and other key decision-makers. Position Advita Ortho as a differentiated technology and value partner in the ASC environment. Activate new representatives and territories by establishing target accounts, training plans, initial case pipelines, and early adoption goals. Partner with distributors on focused GPS and ASC growth strategies while maintaining strategic, rather than day-to-day, oversight. Identify scalable partnerships with multi-site ASC groups and opportunities to expand or standardize Advita Ortho technology across facilities. Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Finance to support strategic opportunities and share market intelligence. Track regional performance and develop repeatable playbooks that improve new account activation, utilization, and sustainable growth. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years proven orthopedic medical device sales or business development experience, with strong knowledge of Shoulder and/or Foot & Ankle. Demonstrated success developing new accounts, converting competitive surgeons, and launching new products or markets. Experience with enabling technology, GPS/navigation, ASCs, ambulatory care settings, or independent orthopedic distributors strongly preferred. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong understanding of ASC economics, workflows, and decision-making. Ability to translate technology into clear clinical, operational, and economic value. Executive-level communication, relationship building, strategic selling, and opportunity management skills. Entrepreneurial, self-directed, persistent, and accountable for measurable results. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
