**Fractional Growth Product Manager (Part-Time 1099 Contract) at Parsley Health (Remote)** **What you'll do** - Lead conversion rate optimization workstream across customer acquisition and onboarding - Audit funnel screen by screen, generate hypotheses, and run tests - Manage and curate experiment backlog in PostHog and Linear - Set up and maintain experiment dashboards and produce weekly readouts - Build a durable findings library capturing experiment learnings **What they're looking for** - Experience in conversion rate optimization and product management - Ability to work independently and make practical recommendations - Strong collaboration skills with product design and engineering teams - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks - Excellent data analysis and reporting skills **Details** - Location: Remote - Type: Part-time contract (3 months, possible extension) - Salary: null
