Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet residents, visitors, family members, and vendors Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing paperwork Help maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment Provide general information and assistance to visitors Support various departments with occasional clerical projects Qualifications: Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Basic organizational skills Reliable and dependable attendance Why Volunteer with Us?
