**Senior Manager IT Support at FUTRUE in Gräfelfing/Munich** **What you'll do** - Responsible for the further development of IT service and support operations - Define and monitor service standards (e.g. SLAs, reaction and solution times) - Responsible for endpoint management of Windows 11 clients via Microsoft Intune - Ensure secure management of end devices, identities and access rights - Develop automations and self-service solutions (e.g. with PowerShell) - Manage procurement and lifecycle management of hardware, software and licenses **What they're looking for** - Several years of professional experience in IT service management and support - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID - Experience in developing and implementing IT service processes - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability - Good knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements **Details** - Location: Gräfelfing/Munich, Remote - Type: FullTime - Salary: null
