Your Opportunity The Senior Project Manager, Customer Solutions is accountable for the successful planning and execution of projects and change requests for ConcertAI's customers across its Commercial Solutions business. This is a highly client-facing role responsible for managing complex customer initiatives from initiation through deployment and closure. The Senior Project Manager partners closely with Customer Success, Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Compliance, QA, and other internal teams to ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives and contractual commitments. The Senior Project Manager primarily supports established customers managing enhancements, solution changes, data and vendor changes, integrations, and other customer-driven initiatives. The Senior Project Manager owns project governance, planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and deployment readiness, while partnering with Customer Success on the overall customer relationship and with Business Analysts on requirements, business rules, and solution design. How You'll Make an Impact Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customer projects and change requests. Partner with Customer Success to ensure project execution is aligned with broader customer objectives, priorities, and commitments. Establish effective working relationships with customer business, operational, compliance, and technical stakeholders. Lead project kickoffs, working sessions, status meetings, and project governance discussions. Provide clear and proactive communication regarding project status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate resolution or escalation of project-related issues. Project Leadership & Execution Lead complex projects and change requests for existing customers from initiation through deployment and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Coordinate activities across Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Compliance, QA, Customer Success, and other internal teams. Establish clear ownership, deliverables, and timelines across project stakeholders. Monitor project health and proactively identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks. Manage multiple concurrent customer projects and competing priorities while maintaining project quality and customer commitments. Maintain project governance standards and project management best practices. Scope & Change Management Ensure projects remain aligned with approved scope, requirements, and contractual commitments. Manage customer change requests through established intake, estimation, approval, and execution processes. Partner with Solution Consultants and technical teams to assess requested changes and determine impacts to scope, timeline, dependencies, and resources. Identify and mitigate scope creep. Maintain project assumptions, decisions, risks, issues, actions, and dependency logs. Facilitate appropriate escalation and decision-making when requested changes affect customer commitments. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination Coordinate customer projects involving specialty pharmacies, distributors, hubs, data providers, and other third-party partners. Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, dependencies, testing activities, and readiness. Facilitate resolution of data acquisition, integration, and vendor-related project issues. Coordinate activities between customers, vendors, and internal ConcertAI teams to maintain project timelines and objectives. Testing & Deployment Governance Oversee project readiness and testing governance for customer changes and enhancements. Coordinate internal QA, system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as applicable. Ensure testing milestones, customer dependencies, and defect resolution targets are achieved. Lead deployment readiness reviews and implementation planning for approved changes. Coordinate production deployment activities across customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure appropriate communication, documentation, and support plans are established for production changes. Project Closure & Customer Transition Coordinate post-deployment validation and stabilization activities as appropriate. Confirm project objectives and acceptance criteria have been achieved. Ensure outstanding actions, risks, and operational considerations are transitioned to the appropriate Customer Success or Operations teams. Maintain appropriate project documentation and facilitate formal project closure. Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve project execution and customer experience. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software, healthcare technology, data integration, analytics, or similar customer-facing projects. Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives for existing enterprise customers. Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and coordinating cross-functional internal teams. Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities. Strong understanding of project scope, dependencies, risks, change management, and deployment governance. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Data, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, or Commercial Analytics environments. Familiarity with healthcare data aggregation, patient services data, claims data, specialty pharmacy data, and related data ecosystems. Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification. Experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
