About the Role: The Sr. Director, People Solutions leads the technology, data, and operational backbone of the People function. This leader owns three connected areas: our HR systems (Workday and the applicant tracking system), People Analytics, and People Operations. The goal is a seamless employee and manager experience, reliable data, and insights that inform business decisions. You will set the strategy and roadmap for People technology, build a culture of data-driven decision-making, and ensure core HR processes run accurately, compliantly, and efficiently as the company scales. This is a key role and thought partner to the CPO and the People leadership team.
