Sr Training Supervisor

General Summary The Training Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing the Training function to ensure employees possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to support safe, effective, compliant, and efficient operations. This role directly supervises the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II positions and is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of training systems, programs, and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.
