We firmly believe that in order to effectively address the evolving needs of our community, we must remain adaptable to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to both our pediatric and geriatric community members. As an Intake Representative, you will be the guide for clients beginning service with our team. In this role, you will walk clients through the intake steps from beginning to hand off to their care provider. If you are detail oriented and value building relationships through strong interpersonal communication skills, then we want to hear from you.
