The Audit Data Analyst supports the Compliance Audit team through data collection, transformation, reporting, process evaluation, and audit activities. Working closely with department leadership, directors, and staff, this role helps turn audit and documentation data into meaningful insights that support education, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and strong outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data and systems while also communicating findings in a clear, collaborative, and solutions-focused way. Full-time, benefit eligible position. *Remote position open to Missouri residents only. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and implementation of assigned audit projects and related compliance activities. Collect, transform, analyze, and report audit data to support meaningful outcomes and decision-making. Support documentation reviews, data analytics, audit monitoring, and identification of trends or opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with teams to communicate audit findings, provide education, and support Process Improvement Plans. Develop, evaluate, and maintain audit tools and data reporting/visualization resources. Monitor data for meaningful signals and trends and help translate findings into actionable insights. Maintain working knowledge of audit processes, regulatory requirements, EHR systems, and data extraction tools. Partner with department leadership and directors to support effective data management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Associate’s Degree required At least two (2) years computer applications experience required Knowledge of data extraction from electronic health records and relational databases required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as required for the role QUALIFICATION(S): ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Moderate understanding of statistical data application required Excellent speaking, writing and teaching skills required Ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends required You’ll be a great fit for this role if you: Are naturally curious and enjoy understanding what data is telling you.
