We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our PMH Hospice office. This role supports hospice services across Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties and is ideal for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, communicate with empathy, and lead with confidence when situations are complex or high stress. What you’ll do Coordinate day-to-day office operations that support safe, reliable hospice care. Help manage scheduling, referrals, admissions, billing and invoicing workflows, onboarding, insurance confirmations, and related administrative processes. Partner closely with the clinical leadership team, field staff, home health aides, patients, and families to support timely communication and continuity of care. Maintain accurate records and use technology to monitor work, resolve issues, and keep priorities moving. Communicate with grieving families and caregivers with patience, finesse, empathy, and respect. Set clear expectations with field team members, address concerns directly and professionally, and follow through on commitments. Prioritize competing needs, respond calmly in high-stress situations, and help the office maintain excellent service. Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture grounded in compassion, excellence, and reliability. What we’re looking for High energy, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new systems; experience with Homecare Homebase is preferred and highly desired. Strong communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to build trust with patients, families, and employees. The confidence and backbone to make decisions, set boundaries, and provide clear direction while maintaining strong relationships. A high level of finesse and empathy when supporting people who are grieving or navigating end-of-life care. The ability to handle multiple priorities, manage chaos constructively, and remain composed under pressure. A degree is preferred and may support future leadership growth, but it is not required. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required; candidates from other backgrounds will be considered if they are sharp, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional service.
