Computational Biologist

Freenome is seeking a Computational Biologist to help grow the CBAR team and develop early cancer detection tests. **What you'll do** - Lead analysis and interpretation of molecular and clinical data for early cancer detection - Develop bioinformatics pipelines for high throughput NGS data processing - Collaborate with wet lab scientists to characterize experimental methods - Remain at the forefront of molecular techniques in oncology **What they're looking for** - PhD degree in computational biology, cancer biology, statistics, bioinformatics, or related quantitative field - Experience in NGS assay and pipeline development - Strong quantitative reasoning and data analysis skills - Strong computational and programming skills with Python or R **Details** - Location: Remote - Type: Not specified - Salary: Not specified
