**Cost Accounting Manager at Cala Health** **What you'll do** - Lead month/quarter-end close for inventory and COGS - Manage annual standard cost roll-ups and monthly manufacturing variance analysis - Calculate and maintain inventory reserves, consignment inventory, and warranty reserves - Oversee physical counts and cycle counting across warehouses - Partner with Operations, Engineering, and R&D on margin expansion **What they're looking for** - 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ in cost accounting - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field - Deep understanding of US GAAP, inventory valuation, and standard costing - Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems - Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills **Details** - Location: San Mateo, CA, United States, Hybrid - Type: Full-Time - Salary: null
