They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. Partnership Directors partner with Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions. The Partnership Director, Enterprise Performance, will be pivotal in building Aledade’s service model in the Minnesota market and beyond for a core group of strategic partners.
