**Physical Therapist PRN-As Needed at Memorial Care Center** **What you'll do** - Evaluates, plans & implements treatment programs for patients - Provides caretaker education necessary for carryover of therapy intervention - Establishes discharge criteria for patients and anticipates discharge needs - Completes department/patient documentation within designated timeframe **What they're looking for** - Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum - Current State License - CPR certified, or willing to obtain within six months of employment - One to two years of experience with geriatrics preferred **Details** - Location: Memorial Care Center - Type: PRN (As Needed) - Salary: null
