Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health at VitalCaring in College Station, Texas. **What you'll do** - Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status, mobility, and rehabilitation potential - Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team - Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence - Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state guidelines **What they're looking for** - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or Master’s) - Current PT license in the state of practice - Minimum 1–2 years of experience (home health experience preferred) - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance **Details** - Location: College Station, Texas, United States - Type: Full Time
