Principal Machine Learning Engineer for the DS & AI organization at Doctolib in Paris. **What you'll do** - Own cross-team ML architecture decisions and production deployment patterns - Define and drive adoption of rigorous ML evaluation frameworks across AI teams - Establish shared infrastructure patterns for AI (model versioning, guardrails, cost optimization) - Lead technical design of agentic solutions and elevate technical standards across the org - Partner with Product and Legal to ensure safe rollout and meet EU regulatory expectations **What they're looking for** - 10+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years at Staff+ or Principal level - Deep expertise in clinical NLP, LLM fine-tuning, ASR, RAG, or reinforcement learning - Expert in Python, PyTorch/Transformers, and vLLM with production deployment experience - PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience) **Details** - Location: Paris, France
