RN Unit Manager - Rehabilitation

Overview Otterbein Franklin is a CCRC offering all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing & Rehab. Responsibilities Organize, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care. Perform Quality Improvement Activities for the Unit. Supervise all nursing staff on the Rehab unit. Know and Enforce State and Federal Regulations and Guidelines. Participate in Nursing Management Activities and Committees. Serve as the “on-call” nurse in charge on a rotating basis. Qualifications Education: Graduate of approved Registered Nursing Program. Licensure/Certification: Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license. Experience: Minimum 1 year in supervisor or administrative role. Two years geriatric or long-term care nursing experience preferred.
