Security Lead at Alan, responsible for the security team across 10+ countries in a regulated health insurance environment. **What you'll do** - Lead and grow the security team, setting priorities and defining ownership. - Own security in the AI era, defining posture on threats and building frameworks for safe AI shipping. - Scale security across countries, managing ISMS and certification programmes (ISO 27001). - Build and evolve Alan's security strategy, aligning Legal, DPO, Risk, Engineering, and Product. **What they're looking for** - Experience navigating a complex multi-regulatory environment (DORA, HDS, RGPD, NIS2, PGSSI-S). - Ability to translate a clear point of view on LLM security and AI governance into actionable priorities. - Skills in positioning security as a business asset and trust-builder. **Details** - Location: France (On-site) - Type: FullTime
