**Senior Field Application Scientist at Ultima Genomics (Remote US)** **What you'll do** - Guide application development efforts to unlock technology platform potential - Deliver expert training to customers on processes, kits, and instrumentation - Lead troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with internal experts - Take ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution - Partner with sales to deliver technical guidance across customer journey - Develop and present product demonstrations and technical content - Represent the company at customer sites and scientific conferences **What they're looking for** - Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering - BS with 8+ years, MS with 5+ years, or Ph.D. with 3+ years of related experience - Extensive laboratory experience across multiple life science platforms - Strong working knowledge of NGS library preparation workflows - Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing technologies - Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems **Details** - Location: Remote US - Type: Full-time - Salary: null
