About the role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of Included Health’s member experience across the web. This is a front-end-first full-stack role. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time designing and building thoughtful, accessible, high-performance web experiences, while also contributing to the backend services and APIs that make those experiences possible. We’re looking for someone with strong web engineering depth who is equally comfortable working across the stack when the problem calls for it. The Member Experience team owns the products and platform capabilities that members use to understand, navigate, and take action on their healthcare. That includes core member-facing applications, the homepage and action platform, logged-out experiences, notifications, and other web surfaces that connect members to care. You’ll join a team with meaningful opportunity to shape technical direction, improve how we build, and raise the bar for member-facing engineering across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, strong technical ownership, and the chance to grow toward Staff-level scope over time.
