Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. Our board-certified physicians and expert staff are on a mission to improve people’s quality of life by relieving the painful, yet highly treatable symptoms of vein disease—such as varicose veins and heavy, aching legs. With over 70 clinics across 8 states, and still growing, we’re building the future of vein care—delivering compassionate, results-driven care in a modern, patient-first environment. We proudly maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93, the highest patient satisfaction in the industry. About Metro Vein Centers Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing, multi-site specialty healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care through operational excellence, technology enablement, and scalable enterprise platforms. As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in the technology that powers our business. Central to this effort is our EMR & Clinical Systems Platform, a business product that supports the delivery and administration of patient care from scheduling and intake through clinical documentation, billing, and reimbursement. The platform serves two closely connected areas of the business: the clinical and operational workflows used to deliver care, and the revenue cycle workflows required to bill and collect for that care. It includes our EMR and the broader ecosystem of clinical, operational, and RCM systems connected to it. We’re looking for a Solutions Lead to partner closely with our Operations and RCM teams to identify challenges, design scalable technology solutions, and continuously improve the systems and workflows that support both care delivery and revenue cycle performance. This is not a traditional analytics role, nor is it a software engineering role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding how work gets done, solving operational problems, and using technology to make teams more effective. The Role The EMR & Clinical Systems Platform has a dedicated product owner who sets the vision, roadmap, and priorities. You are the person who executes against them. Reporting to the Manager of Tech Solutions, you’ll take defined priorities from requirements through design, configuration, build, testing, rollout, and support. Your work will span both clinical systems and revenue cycle, including patient intake, clinical documentation, provider workflows, charge capture, claims, denials, payment posting, and reimbursement. You’ll work closely with RCM and Operations leaders and teams, as well as Finance, Analytics, IT, and external vendors. You’ll spend your time in the workflows and in the systems: sitting with the people who use them, understanding where processes break down, and then fixing them through configuration, workflow redesign, automation, integrations, and AI. This role sits at the intersection of: Clinical Systems Revenue Cycle Management Business Operations Enterprise Applications Workflow Design Systems Integration Automation AI Analytics Key Responsibilities Operational & RCM Partnership Build trusted working relationships with Operations and RCM leadership and the teams doing the day-to-day work. Spend real time understanding workflows across patient intake, clinical documentation, care delivery, provider efficiency, order entry, charge capture, coding, claims submission, denials, payment posting, patient collections, and reimbursement. Identify where clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows break down across teams and systems. Translate operational pain points, clinical workflow needs, and RCM requirements into clearly defined, buildable solutions. Surface the problems you find to the product owner with enough detail, evidence, and sizing to support effective prioritization. Once a priority is set, own it end to end, including the change management, training, and follow-through required to make it stick. Solution Delivery & Build Configure, build, and optimize the EMR & Clinical Systems Platform within your area of ownership. Design solutions that improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle performance. Implement workflows that leverage automation, integrations, APIs, and modern enterprise technologies. Translate clinical, operational, payer, billing, and reimbursement requirements into scalable system configurations and business rules. Rapidly prototype solutions using AI, low-code platforms, and automation tools, then partner with the broader technology team to productionize what works. Test thoroughly, roll out carefully, and support what you ship. Continuously reduce repetitive manual work through thoughtful technical design. Clinical Systems & Revenue Cycle Improve the systems and workflows that support patient intake, clinical documentation, care delivery, provider efficiency, billing, and reimbursement. Partner with Operations teams to make clinical and administrative workflows more efficient, reliable, and scalable. Partner with RCM teams to improve eligibility, charge capture, coding, claims, denials, payment posting, patient collections, and reimbursement workflows. Improve the flow of information between front desk, clinical, operational, billing, and finance teams. Investigate downstream revenue cycle issues that originate in upstream clinical or operational workflows and address their underlying system causes. Ensure that system improvements produce measurable clinical, operational, or financial outcomes. Systems & Integrations Build and maintain integrations between EMRs, clinical systems, practice management and billing systems, enterprise applications, analytics tools, clearinghouses, and third-party vendors. Partner with Analytics and IT to keep clinical, operational, and revenue cycle data moving reliably across enterprise systems. Write integration requirements, business rules, data mappings, and operational workflows, and then implement them. Troubleshoot system interactions and work vendor tickets through to resolution. Support interoperability initiatives across the organization’s technology ecosystem. AI & Automation Prototype AI-enabled solutions to validate business value before broader implementation. Apply AI in practical ways to clinical documentation, administrative workflows, payer interactions, revenue cycle processes, operational decision-making, and internal productivity. Bring the results back, including what worked, what did not, and what would be required to scale, so the product owner can make informed investment decisions. Partner with fellow Solutions Leads and IT to roll successful solutions out across the organization. Build within the organization’s governance, validation, security, and human oversight standards. Continuous Improvement Monitor the clinical, operational, and financial impact of implemented solutions and use the results to guide further improvement. Follow and help strengthen standards for workflow design, automation, integrations, and configuration. Document solution designs, configurations, business rules, and runbooks so the platform remains supportable as it grows. Maintain a clear, current picture of what has been built, how it works, and which business processes it supports. What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, clinical systems, revenue cycle systems, EMR platforms, healthcare operations, or a similar role. Strong understanding of EMR and clinical workflows, including patient intake, clinical documentation, order entry, provider workflows, and care delivery. Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows, including eligibility, charge capture, coding, claims, denials, payment posting, patient collections, and reimbursement. An understanding of how clinical and operational workflows affect downstream billing and revenue cycle performance. A track record of
