About the Role: Lyra Health is looking for a Variable Compensation Manager to support our GTM compensation programs. As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in administering Lyra’s variable compensation program. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Finance, Accounting, GTM Operations, Analytics, HR, and other teams to ensure scalable and accurate GTM compensation systems and processes. This role will administer incentive plans, inquiry management, system development and effectiveness reporting.
