Position Summary: Judi Health is developing a risk-bearing portfolio of products through the development of our own captive insurer as well as through partnerships with Stop Loss carriers like Tokio Marine. We are looking for an individual who understands the insurance business who can help us grow this operation. Position Responsibilities: Oversee business development, including account lead generation, timely and complete RFP response, attendance at finalist meetings, etc. Owns and manages the overall company strategy as it pertains to Insured Products and the various market offerings including but limited to; Stop Loss, Reinsurance, Captive Management, Level Funded and MEC programs Manages annual pipeline and product cycle for the Level Funded and MEC programs Organizes, mentors and trains sales executives who support market efforts for Level Funded and MEC product lines. Support sales strategy refinement and optimization, including development of marketing materials Provide subject matter expertise to support operational efficiencies Collaborate on product development and strategy Support general business needs, as required Required Qualifications Must have at least 10 years health care consulting, insurance or related experience. Broker’s license in at least one State in which the company operates business Keen understanding of the insured, stop-loss and Rx carve-out markets. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
