**Werkstudent Active Sourcing at FUTRUE in Gräfelfing/Munich** **What you'll do** - Support in recruiting various vacancies on different hierarchy levels - Independently carry out projects in active sourcing, especially on LinkedIn - Participate in the organization of exclusive recruiting events and innovative employer branding approaches - Responsible for independently defined HR processes after comprehensive training - Gain insights into the diverse HR world of a dynamic corporate group **What they're looking for** - Currently studying business/social sciences, psychology or comparable field - Ideally first experiences in HR area - Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and growing company - Proactive approach to problems and ability to independently develop solutions - Fluent German (C1 level) and very good English skills (B2 level) **Details** - Location: Gräfelfing/Munich, Remote - Type: PartTime - Salary: null
